Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the notes you write. By posting a note, you grant Community Notes Everywhere a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and archive your content as part of the service. You may edit or delete your notes at any time.

Moderation

Community Notes Everywhere relies on community moderation. Notes that receive multiple reports may be hidden from view. We reserve the right to:

• Remove content that violates these terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate policies
• Adjust reputation scores in cases of manipulation
• Modify the moderation system and thresholds as needed

• We are not responsible for the content of user-submitted notes
• We make no warranty regarding the availability or reliability of the service
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service
• Reputation scores and note statuses are determined algorithmically and may not reflect absolute truth

Changes to These Terms
